What CBD Oil is Best?
There is no simple answer to the question what is the best CBD oil? In fact, there is arguably no answer to this question, but we’ve never shied away from a challenge, so we’re going to try and give you one anyway.
Inside this one question are numerous other questions, which we will call sub-questions (mainly because it sounds nice, mainly).
So before we get into the main question, let’s take a look at these sub-questions to get a better understanding of what CBD oil is best for you.
CBD Oils and Medical Conditions
The first question you might have is what CBD oils can help my medical condition? Now, here is where we have to walk with some trepidation, because UK law says we can’t actively promote the plausible medical benefits of CBD.
The reason for this is simple, there has been a lot of scientific research into the effects of CBD on medical conditions, there has not been sufficient for those who make the decisions.
The copious research there has been so far is easily available online, and while we can’t tell you to look for it, you could definitely find it if you were so inclined.
Luckily, we don’t have to tackle this question head on this time, because the answer is not straightforward. The right CBD oil, for whatever you need it for, is very much dependent on what works best for you.
The best advice is to try one, and if you feel it isn’t having the right effect, try another.
CBD oil affects different people in different ways, and to suggest that there is one miracle product that would help everybody would be disingenuous, and that’s not how we do things around here.
Research is ongoing, and we’re learning as you are. What we can say is that there is scientific and anecdotal evidence that could, for some, be enough to suggest certain oils can be better or worse for certain conditions.
There is no oil that helps with any specific issue, the oils react with your body and mind in different ways, once you find yours, you’ll know.
Trying CBD Oil for the First Time
If you have never taken CBD before, then it is advisable to be careful. Everyone’s body is different, you need to learn yourself, so start low.
A low strength oil (1%-5%) is a sensible place to start, see how your body reacts, and how you feel. If this is enough for you, stay there, if not, try stepping up a little, but don’t start with a high strength oil until you know how a low strength affects you.
You can then adapt according to the reaction your body has to the CBD oil you have chosen, raising or dropping your dose according to what your body tells you.
Never forget that your body knows itself, and it will answer your questions for you. Don’t make assumptions. Talk to your body, and you’ll find the right path for you.
The Big Question
So, now we have dealt with the main sub-questions, it is time to get to the big one, which CBD oil is best?
The simple answer is all of them can be, it just depends who you are, and how your body reacts. As we said above, start light, and move up if you feel you need to. Don’t assume any particular oil is a one-stop shop for everyone.
You may know somebody who finds a specific oil works perfectly for them, but when you try it yourself, it doesn’t feel right. It is your journey, and only you can truly know what works for you.
That isn’t to say you have to take that journey alone, because you don’t. At Plant and Hemp, we are here to help you find what suits you best, and to help you take your next step, whether it be your very first, or if you are a seasoned veteran of CBD products looking for something new.
